For many, the answer may very well be… "NO."
I wanna connect… like we’re friends… so I'm writing this "letter" of sorts to you.
So what do you want to know about me?
Got 3 amazing kids… I like to: windsurf, longboard, engage in meaningful conversation and good books…
But… I’m guessing you’re not looking for stuff like that.
Rather I imagine you’re wondering…
“Is This Dude Worth My Time And Attention?”
For many, the answer may very well be… NO.
Here’s why:
1. IF you don’t want to challenge your most essential assumptions, THEN you’re not going to enjoy who I am and what I have to offer.
You see, I believe that...
EVERYTHING you're meant to be, do and have can be discovered:
- Within the context of relationships,
- On the other side of a series of decisions and
- Just outside of your comfort zone.
And I also believe that success in any endeavor in life is guaranteed for those who can identify their critical erroneous assumptions and turn them into facts... fast enough.
My training requires you to expand your capacity to think so you can increase the speed of your implementation.
For some that’s just too uncomfortable… so… they refuse to go there. If that’s where you’re at currently… I understand and no pressure to join me.
Just wanna be upfront about what I’m about… being involved with me and how I roll may seem like hard work to some…
Yet for those that have not yet learned to find joy in having their essential assumptions challenged then going there can invite them too far out of their comfort zone.
Why? Because as Henry Ford said,
“Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason why so few engage in it.”
So…
IF you’re up for meeting new people, becoming more decisive and venturing out of your comfort zone so you can expand your capacity to contribute...
THEN I propose to you… for your consideration, you may very well be… exactly in the right place… at exactly the right time.
2. IF your past is bigger than your future and you're determined to keep it that way, THEN you'll find this unpleasant at best.
What I mean is if you are either resting on your laurels or you're holding onto the "pleasures" of victimhood and you have a story that justifies your staying there... a story that keeps you back. I'll be challenging that story until it cracks and through it you can see the light of day... the light of your freedom.
Why? Because I want your tomorrows to be exponentially better than your yesterdays. And the only time we have to make that a reality is... today.
What I offer can be tough, challenging and hard work... all of which makes you tough and causes others to see you as one who makes difficult things easy.
Which will be the case... If that is... you remain, endure, persevere past my challenges. You'll be challenged to drop all excuses and step out of victim or villain mode and enter into victor mode.
If you're willing take full responsibility for every aspect of your life. If you're willing to turn your tests into testimonies, your trials into triumphs, your setbacks into comebacks then... you're in a place I made just for you.
3. IF you don’t want to do the hard work of social engagement… THEN we won’t be a good fit.
You see I’m stoked… and energized by you if you:
- Want to learn, grow and contribute.
- Have chosen to or are willing to choose to love people…unconditionally.
- Are determined to be faithful with what you’ve got and you desire to be entrusted with more.
- You want to have a big impact within your lifetime and even after you're gone.
